What you'll do as a caregiver

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include tending to clients’ social and emotional needs, supporting mobility, managing medications, preparing meals, and assisting with daily living tasks.

Your key duties

  • Tending to clients’ social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship
  • Supporting mobility (helping with walking, transfers or using mobility aids)
  • Taking clients to their medical appointments or personal errands
  • Managing medications to ensure clients take doses as prescribed
  • Preparing meals, doing laundry and performing light housework
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming and eating
  • Identifying and addressing safety issues in the home or facility
  • Keeping accurate records of care provided
  • Communicating with medical professionals about client care plans

What we're looking for
